The Mind Behind the Mission

I help leaders and teams navigate day-to-day complexity by leveraging behavioral neuroscience into effective tools.

Leading with the Brain in Mind

I’ve always been fascinated by what we do, why we do it, and how our behavior is shaped, not just by thoughts and experiences, but by our biology.

As a cognitive and behavioral neuroscientist by training and a behavior change strategist by practice, I help leaders and organizations navigate the complexity of human behavior with greater clarity, confidence, and impact.

My early work focused on deception, how and why people lie, and distort the truth in social interactions. During my academic years of being “the deception girl”, my curiosity led me to develop the first neurocognitive framework for experimentally studying deception as a form of decision-making under risk.

But I didn’t stay in academia. I wanted to apply this science to real-world challenges, helping people lead, relate, and grow in ways that are sustainable, scalable, and deeply human.

More than Neurons

Over the past decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of neuroscience, leadership, and organizational strategy. From executive coaching and team development to keynote speaking and large-scale behavior change initiatives, I’ve helped organizations turn scientific research into practical, measurable transformation.

Understanding the brain isn’t just about neurons and activation—it’s about advantage.

When we understand why we avoid, react, connect, or decide the way we do - individually or in teams - we unlock better ways to lead, communicate, and collaborate.

That’s why, after transitioning from academia into the corporate world, I built a multifaceted career across consulting, content strategy, executive development, and behavioral design. I’ve advised Fortune 100 companies and global organizations across finance, technology, healthcare, and consumer goods on a range of topics, including decision-making, power dynamics, habit formation, unconscious bias, and feedback culture.

Known for my clarity, humor, and depth of expertise, I regularly engage C-suite leaders in briefings, keynotes, and strategic partnerships. My work and ideas have appeared in Harvard Business Review, Quartz, Forbes, and Business Insider.
